⛷️ Troop 818 Ski Outing
Troop 818 will be heading to Flagstaff for our annual ski outing. This year, the Troop will coordinate lodging, travel, and meals (except lunch at the slopes). Ski rentals will be organized through First Chair Rentals in Flagstaff.
Important: Lift tickets are already around $80 and may sell out once capacity is reached, so please complete purchases as soon as possible. Parents and scouts are responsible for purchasing lift tickets, reserving kids power passes, and purchasing lessons.

📅 Action Needed by January 15
- Complete ski or snowboard rental paperwork and submit it to the Ski Outing Coordinator

🏠 Lodging Details
- The Troop has reserved a rental house in Flagstaff with five bedrooms.
- Scouts should bring sleeping bags and plan to sleep on the floor.
🎿 Equipment Rental
- The Troop will stop at First Chair Rentals on Friday evening on the way to the lodging.
- Completed rental paperwork must be submitted prior to departure.
- Scouts may bring their own equipment or rent in Phoenix if preferred.
Rental Costs:
- Skis, poles, and boots
- Adults & ages 13+: $35
- Under 13: $23
- Snowboard & boots: $35
- Helmet: $15
