🏕️ Mountain Man Outing — November 14–16
Adventure awaits! Master frontier skills, enjoy awesome activities, and dig into great food — from blacksmithing and leatherwork to tomahawk throwing and geocaching.
Dates: Friday–Sunday, November 14–16
Location and meeting time will be sent out in an email
🔸 818 Scouts & Members
- Outing Fee: $20
- Facilities: Water and bathrooms available
- Meals:
- Bring a sack dinner for Friday night
- Saturday lunch: Burgers provided by the troop
- Patrols plan for 2 breakfasts, Sunday dinner, and a dessert for the Iron Chef Competition 🍪
- Activities: Geocaching, map & compass skills, paracord & knot tying, critters, forging, and the boardwalk!
🔸 Arrow of Light Scouts
- No outing fee required
- Wear full field uniform (Class A)
- Bring sunscreen and a hat
- Lunch (hamburgers) will be provided for all guests
- Activities conclude around 4:00 PM
- Scouts are welcome to stay for the evening activities and camp overnight
- All Arrow of Light Scouts must camp with a parent or legal guardian
