Meet at the Church by the shed Friday @ 4:15PM and return Sunday between 11-1 (Wear Full Field Uniform (Class A))
Requirements due at the Monday Feb. 16th Troop Meeting:
1) Payment of $125
2) Snowbowl signed parental release form
3) Troop 818 signed permission slip
Outing fee includes: Gas, lodging, lift ticket, equipment rental including: ski’s or snowboard, boots, poles and helmet.
Meals Included: Breakfast Saturday and Sunday, Dinner Saturday night.
Meals not included: Dinner Friday night, we will stop and eat fast food. Bring dinner money or a sack dinner.
Lunch on the slops Saturday. Bring lunch money or sack lunch.
Lodging: We will be staying at the Catholic Retreat Center in Flagstaff.
Pack a Duffle Bag and bring: MESS KITS – we are not buying paper/plastic plates and utensils. Sleeping bag, pillow, towel for a shower.
Warm clothes, ski clothes & gloves, hat or cap, sunglasses or ski goggles, chapstick, camelback or nalgene water bottle, 10 essentials, healthy snacks.
