Next weekend, September 18th thru 20th, our Troop will be doing our annual Leadership Training and 2016 Outing Calendar Planning. This retreat is open to all Scouts, but especially those Scouts that are preparing to be Scout Leaders (SPL, ASPL, Patrol Leader, etc).
This year we will doing the training outdoors at the Gold Bar Ranch, in Skull Valley, Arizona. This property provides a great outdoor experience and free time activities for the Scouts. More information can be found on their website at www.goldbarranchbb.com
The Adult Leaders will do the meal planning, cooking and clean up for the Scouts, so they can focus on the training and planning.
Cost will be $40.00 per Scout for property fee, gas and food.

Scouts should bring:
- Tents, Sleeping Bag, Cot (if your tent can accommodate)
- Scout Uniform
- Mess Kit & durable water container
- Clothing for warm days, cool nights and rain
- Fishing equipment (if desired during free time, no license needed at the ranch)
- Note books
- Up to 2 ideas each for Troop Outings in 2016
