Saturday June 17th – Bag Check and Pack Trailer at The Carlson Residence (4200 E Paradise Lane, Phoenix) at 7:00 PM
UPDATE: June 18th Departure – Meet at the Carlson residence at 10:30 AM for an 11:00 AM Departure (Sunday at the church there will be a lot of parking lot traffic) Arrival at Camp Geronimo – Troop 818 check in time is 2:15 pm.
“Field uniform” is the official name for what is commonly called a Class A Uniform, and “Activity Uniform” is the official name for what is commonly called a Class B Uniform.
Saturday June 24th – Troop 818 will depart Camp Geronimo Saturday morning. Drivers (parent picking up at camp) will be notified of the requested arrival time at the parking lot the night before. This will be based on our Troop’s assigned check out time.
Pick Up Time – Parents should plan to pick up their Scout from St. Bernadette’s Church before noon on Saturday June 24th. We will communicate our departure as soon as we have cell service from the road and again when we are about 30 minutes from the church. Please plan to be 10 minutes early so we do not have any Scouts waiting for a ride.
