TER + SWIMMING + FISHING + CAMPING = FUN!! The weather is starting to change and we can finally see the end of the long hot summer, but before we wave goodbye, how about some more water fun at Lake Pleasant!! Sign up to join the Troop for a weekend at Lake Pleasant.
September 20th-22nd, the troop will be camping near the lake providing opportunities for swimming and fishing. For those scouts interested in earning the fishing merit badge, they can kick things off this weekend. Be sure to “Be Prepared”, by reviewing the requirements and getting a blue card.
Of course, there are always fun games to play, learning activities, advancement opportunities and more. Oh!!! And for a special treat, we have reserved some time at Pacqua Park near the marina. You will need to have passed your BSA swim check this year, so those that attended summer camp should be set, but be sure to check before the outing.
