Congratulations Amanda Cramer.
Ad Altare Dei Awardees
Bishop Edwardo Nevares presented Ben Duclos, Colton Carlson, Cooper Carlson and Domenic Kite with the Ad Altare Dei Religious Emblem on February 26th at St. Timothy Catholic Church. The Scouts attended classes with Amanda Cramer over the fall leading to a board of review at the Diocese of Phoenix. Ad Altare Dei means “to the altar of God,” and the emblem program is designed to help Scouts of the Roman Catholic Rite develop a fully Christian way of life in the faith community.
Pope Pius XII Awardees
Bishop Edwardo Nevares presented Alton Rabasca, Conor Carlson and Parker Tellis the Pope Pius XII Religious Emblem on February 26th at St. Timothy Catholic Church. The Scouts attended classes with Troop Chaplain Steve Miller learning about current issues facing the Church and society. This particular medal helps Scouts explore their possible life vocations (single, married, religious, ordained) and ministries in the Church as calls from God.
